Shipment processing times

New Zealand shipments

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, unless stated within the product description. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your
tracking number(s).
If you are rural, delivery will take approximately 1-2 days longer

International Shipments

International orders will take longer, and may add 1-2 weeks in addition to the default shipping time and/or the specified shipping time in the product description. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Issues

Any damages during the shipment of the item should be notified to us immediately within 3 days delivery of the item unless an alternative agreement has been made with you, prior to sending your package.
